Hamilton has owned Broadway since its debut in February of last year. It's already won a Grammy for Best Musical Theater album and Lin-Minual Miranada, the musical's writer, is all ready to release another project. This time however, it's a mixtape, featuring remixes and covers of songs from the musical.

Chance The Rapper, Busta Rhymes, Regina Spektor, Common, and many others are all set to take part in the project. Hamilton‘s initial title was once The Hamilton Mixtape back in 2012 when the musical was being workshopped. It's inspired by the biography of Alexander Hamilton, written by Ron Chernow, and it's the first hip-hop musical on Broadway.
