It seems that Britney Spears has enlisted the help of alt-pop artist Charli XCX to help write a song on her new album.

This won't be her first jaunt as a co-writer seeing as she helped pen Icona Pop's massive hit 'I Love It' as well! When asked about how it felt to be asked to write a song for Spears' new album, she said "I was freaking out. I didn't even want to go to the session I was so excited. I was so worried I would fuck it up... I was doing some stuff for that yesterday actually. Who knows how it will go. We've written one song and it's a great track and if she likes it then amazing. It was just an honour to be asked."

She recently postponed her North American headlining tour to open for Paramore in the UK along with Eliza and the Bear and you can find those dates below.
