Back at the start of February he gave us the messianic 'Carousel', now William Doyle aka East India Youth shares 'Turn Away', the second song to be taken from his upcoming album Culture Of Volume.

There's something dystopian about it, mainly in the thumping gallop of the drums as a guitar/electronic riff marches over the top, icy cyber-melodies raining down on the future-facing scramble – as a result it sounds a bit bleak, and is despite the intensity not exactly uplifting, but then everything isn't made to lift your spirits. Who cares about your spirits? And it is called 'Turn Away', so perhaps it's a sense of abandonment that's effusing from the track. Listen to it below.
