Corralled in his East London flat, relative newcomer biLLLy gathered a batch of analog synths and looping drum samples to bright to life 'Up In The Air' - a snapping and effortless groove that tempers modern R&B and neo pop that sounds as jubilant as it does minimally unfiltered.
