Chicago rapper Chief Keef has just been sentenced to 20 days in a Cook County, IL jail after violating his parole.

Keef was on probation following his arrest in May for speeding (he was going 110 mph in a 55 mph zone) and for having too many passengers in his car, since Illinois’ law only allows a driver with learner's permit (Keef’s case) to carry one passenger.

Besides being sentenced to an 18-month probation, Chief Keef was also fined $531 (about £332), ordered to perform community service and submit to random drug testing - which caused today's arrest (a positive reading for marijuana).

This is not the rapper's first fuss with the law: back in 2011 he pulled a gun on a police officer and last month he faced court after failing to pay child support. [via CoS]
