After their brawl in a parking lot outside an LA recording studio back in January, Frank Ocean promised not to press charges on Chris Brown.

Unfortunately for Brown, the same couldn't be said for Ocean's cousin Sha'keir Duarte who is suing Brown for for assault and battery and seeking an unspecified amount of damages from the singer.

According to Sha'keir, he was assaulted by a bodyguard named "Hood," who "punched and kicked him numerous times in the head and body." He also claims that Brown mocked him and encouraged the bodyguard, then left him with concussion.

A representative for Brown has since told TMZ that the singer doesn't employ anyone named Hood. Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos told Billboard that they hope to have the suit dismissed and will countersue.

All over a parking space. Chill out guys.
