Cloud Nothings' stupidly-good new album Here and Nowhere Else isn't even out yet and Dylan Baldi is already looking to what's next. And it looks like it's going to be an album with looks like that's going to be a collaborative album with Wavves.

Baldi confirmed the collaboration today in an interview with Exclaim, revealing he'd spent the last 10 days in Los Angeles writing and recording with Wavves' Nathan Williams. As two lone creative heads of loud, pop leaning, rock bands, Baldi and Williams have a lot in common just on paper, and in sounds like the collaboration went well and stayed casual from inception to completion. The result as Baldi puts it, is "eight good ones" that sound somewhere in-between the songs of the two bands.

There's no word on a release date yet, but if it moves as fast as the rest of the project has, it should be soon.
