There's a good chance you're already familiar with Los Angeles producer Cole M.G.N. from his work with the likes of Ariel Pink, Beck, Julia Holter, Nite-Funk and his former group The Samps.

Later this month, he's releasing his debut EP under his own name via Nite Jewel's Gloriette Records. In the lead-up, Cole M.G.N. has just dropped first single 'If You Let Me'. Micro-essaying on the futuristic and retrofuturistic possibilities afforded by rich synthesiser work and unrepentant drum machine funk, it's an explosive piece of smart club music that pays homage to his past production work and establishes a distinctive Cole M.G.N sound in the process.

The Cole M.G.N. EP is out July 22nd via Gloriette Records.
