Experimental post-goth outfit Crystal Castles continue to move on without former enigmatic frontwoman Alice Glass, who split apart from the duo to move forward with her solo music career. Now, months after Ethan Kath and new vocalist Edith introduced 'Frail', the newly-formed duo have returned with the dynamic 'Deicide'.

Kath's aesthetic direction of the group remains largely in tact on the newest releases, focusing more of the high energy electronic composition with murky vocal play coming largely second. Those familiar with Glass' contributions may not be so inclined to believe in the group's newest incarnation, but 'Deicide' could easily have been something of a Crystal Castles original. It comes from the group's fourth official album, which should be released in the near future.
