We haven't heard much of Damon Albarn's debut solo album Everyday Robots yet, but it seems he still hasn't lost his festival headliner status. It says a lot about someone's talents if people are willing to blindly book them for such a coveted spot, and judging from 'Heavy Seas of Love', it's going to work out.

Albarn's got you covered too if muddy fields aren't your bag, he'll be playing two solo shows just two days after his record's release, one on the 30th April at The Rivoli Ballroom and the other on 1st May at The Great Hall, Queen Mary University of London. Well, he's got the roughly 1,500 of his fans covered, they're both relatively small venues that are sure to sell fast. They should be a treat if you can get a ticket though; Albarn has a star studded contact list and worked with Bat for Lashes and Brian Eno on his new album so them showing up certainly isn't impossible. Damon Albarn however will definitely be showing up, so that's reason enough to get excited.

Tickets go on sale this Friday. See Damon Albarn's complete tour dates below.
