Adele's forthcoming new album (possibly titled 25) is rumoured to drop in November, and sat among the many collaborators that have said to be working with the singer is Blur's Damon Albarn.

"Adele asked me to work with her and I took the time out for her," he explained during an interview with The Sun. "And I'm not a producer, so... I don't know what is happening really. Will she use any of the stuff? I don't think so. Let's wait and see. The thing is, she's very insecure. And she doesn't need to be, she's still so young." He also mentioned that some of the songs he heard from the album are "very middle of the road."

So, the question remains: will we see Damon Albarn's magic touch at all on Adele's new LP? Or will his contributions end up on the cutting room floor?
