In case you weren't aware, Dave Grohl is a long-time vet of the 80's thrash hardcore scene. He's now a part of the supergroup known as Teenage Time Killer, founded by Corrosion of Conformity's Mike Dean and Reed Mullin. Grohl recorded instrumental parts for the album at his own Studio 606, and even cooler is that he used the Sound City mixing board that is so legendary it got its own documentary.

Grohl and the Corrosion members aren't the only people participating, though: Corey Taylor of Slipknot, Keith Morris of Black Flag, and ex-Queens of the Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri have joined an already star-studded cast of musicians including Lamb of God's Randy Blythe and The Dead Kennedy's Jello Biafra. A release date has yet to appear, but with this amount of legendary musicians on it, everyone is hoping it happens sooner rather than later.
