It was recently announced that David Bowie and Nicolas Roeg's 1976 film The Man Who Fell To Earth will return to the theatres. Now, Universal has shared that the film's soundtrack by John Phillips and Stomu Yamash'ta will be released for the first time.

"Due to the recent discovery of lost master tapes" the 2xCD will be released on September 9, the same day the classic film returns to the theatres. The larger 2xLP vinyl boxset (which includes a 48-page hardcover book) will be released on November 18.
