Last week, Dizzee Rascal streamed a mysterious CCTV video on his brand new site, prompting fans to believe that the grime veteran had new music in the works. And on Friday, the East London artist confirmed the news with the announcement of a forthcoming album and the release of his video for new single 'Space.'

The new track is from RASKIT, his sixth studio album which will be released on July 21 Dirtee Stank Recordings / Island Records. On the latest single, he unveils his feelings about the pressure to return to music during the grime renaissance.

"The idea of trying to be my 17-year-old self again just because everyone thinks grime’s landed in their lap this week didn’t satisfy me," Dizzee explains. "I wanted to use what I’ve learned to make the best rap album I could, with no hands in the air moments, just using as much English slang as I could over the best beats I could find." Listen below.
