Dizzy return with their wonderfully lo-fi new single ‘Backstroke’, released through Communion music/Royal Mountain Records. The track is lifted from the band’s anticipated forthcoming debut album Baby Teeth, due August 17. After making an immaculate debut with the quietly epic string of singles, the band have been making waves on both sides of the Atlantic with their dreamy, immersive soundscapes.

This latest release follows this patterns as warming guitar riffs meet comforting layers of vocals, twinkling synth and reverberating bass notes. Produced by Grammy-nominated producer and engineer Damian Taylor who has previously worked with Arcade Fire, Bjork and Braids, this exciting four piece look poised to become a runaway emergence in alternative music.

The band’s songwriting style succinctly bridges the gap between their small-town surroundings and their collective aspiration to break out from their location.

The young collective are set to return to London and Europe later this year. Tickets are available here.
