It all started after our shows at the By:Larm festival in Oslo earlier this year, when we received a couple of offers from booking agencies in Asia who wanted to bring us out there. Honestly, we didn't have big expectations since we're still a kind of a young band but it felt really exciting to see how our kind of music would be received over there.

So we ended up spending 2 weeks touring 11 cities, some of them we had never even heard of before yet all of them had populations bigger than all of Sweden. It was really exciting to meet a new audience who almost had more knowledge about the electronic music scene than ourselves. Didn't really see that coming to be honest.

The shows were overwhelming in many ways, not least because we had to play live for 80 minutes every night... quite a lot when we're used to half of that, so once again we spent the weeks before the tour composing and producing new tracks that we premiered out there. Quite an exciting challenge.

Now we're back home we miss the people we met, our new friends and maybe most of all the very special food we got to try out every day... Yu-Nan and Sichuan food especially; duck-tounges and fermented eggs perhaps not so much...

Anyway, we're definitely going back as soon as we have a full album out, and we would definitely recommend other artists give touring Asia (China in particular) a try if they get the chance.
