Brighton-based Dog in the Snow is the solo project of Helen Ganya Brown (Fear of Men), and if you haven't heard debut single 'Magic' yet, shame on you. Shared less than a month ago, 'Magic' is the first offering from her forthcoming debut LP Consume Me, which is due out on October 20th via Battle Worldwide.

The video, which we are proud to premiere here at The 405 today, was shot entirely on a Bell & Howell Super 8 camera by Helen's friend Clémentine Blue, and edited by the musician herself. It fits the haunting, obsessive nature of the song perfectly, providing an aura of mysticism that comes from the use of analog.
