We're massive fans of Espa, so we're always happy when she blesses our ears with new music.

Co-produced by long time collaborators Tim 'The Dealer' Deal, Todd Oliver, and John Calvert, Espa rises out of her previous darker, perhaps more sombre releases into a bright, breezy '80s flavoured future R&B cut that "describes the agonising breakdown of communication as a relationship comes to an end."

Espa's signature soulful vocals complement the production perfectly. "141 is a mishmash, patchwork quilt of a song which so poetically maps out my journey as an artist and a human being in the last year," she told Complex. "I hope it clearly signposts the new direction for my sound."

'141' is set for release on March 18. Espa plays her biggest headline show to date at London's Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on March 9, with tickets available now.
