'Night Terrors', the new track from Fathers is stunning offering. There's only a handful of tracks by Fathers online and not a great deal of information. But, it seems it is a solo project by Cincinnati's James Bishop, previously of indie band Enlou and Say Panther. One thing's for sure, under the Fathers moniker, he has established a beautiful, distinct sound.

His lingering voice surrounds the atmosphere of 'Night Terrors', as it enters and leaves, it gives room to some gabbling speech, which is impossible to work out. The track's intro builds up and it fades out at the end, which is nice because you don't see many fade outs anymore. Floating in a sea of soothing whispered 'woos' and 'arrs' the lone guitar riff and simple beat, sometimes ending with a fluttering jingle, anchor the track.
