The Australian house duo of Feenixpawl have certainly been on a bit of a roll lately. After all, not every group can score a Grammy nomination, establish their own label and drop a charting single all within two years. But between 2013 and 2015, Aden Forte and Josh Soon did just that. They are now hoping to keep that momentum rolling into 2016.

On the heels of 'Ghosts,' the aforementioned single they did with vocalist Melissa Ramsey, and their official remix of Rihanna's 'Kiss It Better,' Feenixpawl is looking to make a splash on dog day playlists everywhere with their new track 'QUICKSAND.'

According to Forte, the track -- which features a grandiose, angelic vocal before unleashing a festival-ready torrent of bombastic drums and pulsating synths -- came about as a result of a U.S. tour.

"Last year, we met a talented young producer named APEK while touring the U.S. with Breathe Carolina," he said. "We quickly realized we had a very similar love of progressive house music and thought that we could create something really special if we teamed up on a project."

Together, Feenixpawl and APEK have constructed 'QUICKSAND,' a relentless burst of soaring teenage heartbreak and top-tier EDM melody. Expect to see this one soundtracking summer montages in no time.
