Ex-Vivian Girls/Best Coast drummer Ali Koehler has joined Jenn Prince and ex-Hole Patty Schemel to form Upset, a neo-grunge, indie rock trio that will see their debut album She's Gone released next month via Don Giovanni.

With Swearin'/Waxahatchee Kyle Gilbride taking over the album's production (and even singing on 'You & I'), the girls' first full length was recorded at Koehler's home in Los Angeles and consists of 12 tracks that breathe former influences while building new punky horizons. Frst single 'Oxfords and Wingtips' is a warm, Breeders-like track that takes you back to the 1990s, while keeping a foot in this century's raw alternative sounds.

She's Gone is out on October 29th through Don Giovanni Records. Check out some live footage of the ladies below.
