Frank Ocean has been relatively quiet so far this year - musically speaking - but if The Hollywood Reporter is anything to go by, he's not been sat on his couch playing Grand Theft Auto.

TufAmerica is currently sued Vivendi and Universal Music Group over Frank Ocean's sample of Mary J. Blige's 'Real Love' on 'Super Rich Kids' (from Channel Orange). The company apparently owns 3.15 percent of the copyright to the song, which actually uses a sample from The Honeydrippers' 1973 single 'Impeach The President', which they own the full rights to. Confusing, right?

"Defendants have failed and refused to secure a license from TufAmerica for its share of the rights to use 'Real Love' in 'Super Rich Kids.'" Read the full document here.
