Fans familiar with West Coast garage figurehead Ty Segall know that he isn't the type to slow down.

The ultra-prolific Segall has already released a solo studio LP and a couple EPs earlier this year, and he has another project on the way. As part of FUZZ Segall still sings but actually sits back on the drums, rather than his regular guitarist role.

Regardless of the role change, 'What's In My Head' seems uniquely Segall-esque, with fuzzy sludge blues dredging through his slow-paced vocals, eventually churning into a all-out jam by the end.
