PC gamers have yet again united in the frustration and hate at Rockstar due to the behemoths recent small game, Grand Theft Auto V, not being published on the platform: a petition to get the game released on PC.

As it stands, the petition started by enthusiast Mike Julliard in 2012 has now passed 400,000 signatures, which makes this less of a 'what if' petition and more of a ‘LISTEN UP, ROCKSTAR!’ petition.

Julliard stated the following reasons for starting the petition:

‘Please release GTA V on PC. GTA games have been a large part of so many people's lives and it's a big shame not seeing the newest iteration of the game being released on the most powerful platform. Things like modifications have always been a HUGE part of PC gaming and modded GTA is some of the most insanely fun times you can have.’

The game was released today on consoles, but to anyone who surfs the Internet, they would know that code has already been found that points at a PC release. You can check the discovered XML file here.

Either way, PC gamers could just buy a console. (LET THE FLAME WAR ENSUE!)
