Pop duo Geowulf are releasing their new album in October, and with brilliant singles 'I See Red' and 'He's 31' already aired, they're now sharing a third preview in 'Round & Round'. Singer Star Kendrick introduces the track by saying:

“I was frustrated with maybe a lack of self-control and an inability to break patterns in my life... In a few areas. This song is my way to poking holes in how I handled that. The rest of the album follows a similar, emotional narrative, and is all about exploring those old things & how I’ve tried to leave them behind.”

Despite her describing feelings of frustration, 'Round & Round' is a smooth and silky synth ballad, ripe for listening to while daydreaming. It is only in Kendrick's lyricism that we get an idea of the mental obstacles she's overcoming, as she desrcibes "trying to find a door out of darkness." The chorus flutters into beautiful life, giving wings to her feeling of "running from [her]self," suggesting that all of life's struggles will eventually blow over in time - you just have to go with the flow.
