'Black Mambo', the new track from Glass Animals is absolute magic. It's got this slow-burning R&B groove that's hard to shake off, especially when it's layered with blipping droplet sounds, melodic scrapes and a droning bass.

Frontman Dave Bayley's velvety voice lures us in with lines like, "Dance with me and shake your bones." When his voice becomes more intense at the quieter points on 'Black Mambo', it's got something a bit Alt-J about it. Harmonies are also brought in towards the end making it even more epic.

The Oxford outfit are signed to Wolf Tone, the new label from multi-Grammy and Oscar-winning producer/songwriter Paul Epworth, who has previously worked with Adele, Friendly Fires and Florence and the Machine.
