Atlanta-based rapper Gucci Mane is reportedly suing Waka Flocka Flame (once his protégé) and his mother, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Mane is accusing them (and DJ Xavier "Zaytoven" Dotson. And Khia Stone. And Otis "OJ da Juiceman" Jones, Jr.) of fraud, racketeering, theft, and breech breach of contract, claiming that the events occurred while Gucci was serving time In jail back in 2009.

The lawsuit specifies that Waka's mother Debra Antney took control of Gucci's 1017 Records, LLC, having created at least three companies without Gucci's consent. Antney is also accused of stealing a ring and necklace from Gucci, failing to report her income for tax purposes, and using the excess on herself.

Waka's team is still to make an official statement regarding the whole situation. [via Pigeons and Planes]
