Featured on pretty much every single 'one-to-watch' list going, the hype surrounding this Madrid four-piece is as ferocious as they come.

With a split single, a full-length LP, and tours to Australia and America already confirmed in their diary - 2015 looks set to be a mammoth one for Hinds (fka Deers). Now ordinarily, this kind of hype can be a potentially dangerous thing with big heads and even bigger egos often the result, but after spending some time with the ever-lovely, ever-charming, and downright down-to-earth ladies before their London show at Electrowerkz - I can confirm that, in their case, this potential danger couldn't be further from the truth.

Tailing the end of a 16-date mini-European tour, the gig - which was their third in London in 2 days (one of which was supporting keen followers The Vaccines) - was just as expected: energetic, without pretence, and wholeheartedly endearing in so many ways. The night ended with Carlotta and Ana inviting the crowd up on stage, perfectly encapsulating the exact charm that has left so many under their collective spell.

Before all this however, 405 photographer Flore Diamant spent the day with the band, which included a trip to the local record shop (more on that next week).
