Kevin Thau, the head of Twitter's new service #music, has left his post a week after the application went live. The new service was introduced with the aim of expanding people's exposure to new music, based around what people who they follow listen to.

Thau has moved onto a new project called Jelly, which has seen many key figures behind Twitter's inception join on board. We don't know what Jelly is yet, but if it's as successful as twitter something pretty huge could be in the works.
