"I wrote 'Body' out of frustration," writes HELH about their sensational new track. "For me, it is about taking control over the way I am sexualised and gendered. Letting myself define me, rather than listening to the internalised male gaze. It is also about connecting with myself as a physical person and all that comes with it, like lust and awkwardness."

This powerful little song just crosses over three minutes, yet it is jam packed with essential human experience. "This is just a human body," sings HELH as lithe synthesizers and distant percussion swirl around the ethereal vocals.

HELH is a newcomer to the music world, but with stories like this to tell, we should all hope they are here to stay.
