Recently Hinds announced their debut album, Leave Me Alone, which is out 16th January 2016. But what we're privy to today isn't taken from the upcoming album – instead it's part of a split 7" release with fellow Madrid band, The Parrots.

We heard Hinds' cover of 'Davey Crockett' a while back, same with The Parrots' cover of 'All My Loving', originally by The Almighty Defenders; both were released as the split single back on Record Store Day. Speaking to Pitchfork, the two bands shared the following statement:

"we are 7 dudes born and raised in madrid and we've been friends since ever; we've lived from our puberty years to currently issues like not having money to pay the rent or recoding our firsts albums. we did a split 7'' vinyl with two covers of songs we both usually end our gigs with because we love them. so suddenly the idea of shooting a movie with CANADA (our music-videos-educator) was kind of a dream. plus, this one is the first not-home-made-music-video for both bands. Felt great. But keep the budget low"

You can pre-order Leave Me Alone here. See below for some live dates for Hinds in the UK – tickets go on sale from 2nd October.
