The debut single from singer/songwriter Cape Cub, 'Lantern', earned him not only a strong Soundcloud following but some radio play on Amazing Radio, XFM, and BBC6 Introducing to name but a few. It's not hard to understand why - it's a gorgeous piano-driven track with hypnotizing harmonies similar to Aquilo or Amber Run that immediately draws you in.

He's following that up today with the even more impressive 'Swim', which you can stream below! He ponders about love's many intricacies and how they mirror the harsh realities that pain brings, doing so with confidence and pose. It's an enchanting track that finds him backed by a lone guitar and the occasional drum beat, it thrives on its simplicity, making it all the more beautiful.

He may only have two tracks out, but his talent shines so brightly that it should be pretty clear that there are some big things in store for him this year. If you like what you're hearing, make sure you check him out next month at The Great Escape festival!
