Last week, Kat Conn drove on midwestern interstates and back roads to Resonance Music and Arts Festival - a small funk, jam, and electronic music and camping gathering. Things kicked off with befriending neighbours, exploring the venue, signing the infamous sunflower totem, gazing at an epic sunset, and grooving all night to Beats Antique, The Floozies, Papadosio, and more until the sun was back up in the sky.

Naps were taken, energy levels regained, and despite some rain delays, the crowds rallied for another stacked lineup with names including EOTO, Tauk, The Disco Biscuits, SunSquabi, Tipper, Bass Physics and CloZee. Although she could only squeeze in two days, the positive energy, overwhelming kindness of attendees, and colourful scenes made it easy to document these moments on film and disposable cameras.
