Remember Independent Label Market? We had a mooch around there in this summer, took some photos, had fun, drank beer, etc. But it's not just this warmer incarnation of the festival we're interested in. Nope, we'll definitely be popping along at the end of this year to the winter version.

Launched in 2011, it will be the fourth annual Christmas market that ILM have put on, supported once more by the Association for Independent Music, returning again to Old Spitalfields Market following the success of this summer, where 36,000 music fans were in attendance.

Holding court will be a number of independent labels, from some of the ILM regulars including Ninja Tune, Young Turks, Domino, Moshi Moshi, Bella Union, to fresh faces such as indie label Young & Lost, Pie and Vinyl (from Southsea), and Hypercolour (from Bristol). Live music and DJ sets will abound amidst the bustling stalls.

All of this is pretty thirsty work, so again (for the third time) ILM are teaming up with London Brewer's Market, who will be offering up product sampling from a real plethora of ales, as well as setting up camp in a beer garden that will no doubt be the busiest place at the ILM.

There are literally so many other independent labels attending and other things happening that I can't even begin to list them all, so check the Facebook event for more info. For now, check out the video of the Independent Label Market setting up and having fun in summer, and wait for Saturday 29th November for the festivities to begin!
