With her international fame somewhat inevitable, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu releases her first all English featured her upcoming album Pika Pika Fantajin, out July 29th.

There's something about her language crossover that's taken away a bit of the magic. Even still, the track exudes kawaii (Japanese cute overload) and this release is a key move on Kyary's part to connect with her many English speaking fans.

In an interview with Fader, she states that she never had any intentions to go global, but her music, spreading wildly through social media, has had a life of its own. Questioned on whether she thought it was important to sing in English in order to succeed globally, Kyary answered yes and added, "I don't mind singing in English at all, but I have a bad accent. Rather than making bad English songs, I want to try harder as a girl from Japan."
