The Lexington will play host to Ja Ja Ja, London's "foremost Nordic music night" on October 25th, featuring Mikhael Paskalev (Norway), Ólöf Arnalds (Iceland) and The New Tigers (Finland).

Having featured as a recent Guardian New Band of the Day, Mikhael Paskalev assumes the position of headliner on the 25th following the recent release of his self-titled EP this July. Inspired by Paul Simon, The Shins and Twin Peaks, Mikhael is described as an old fashioned rock’n’roll troubadour. Praised by none other than Björk herself, Ólöf Arnalds possesses a captivating voice that only our Northern cousins seem to be able to possess, and is also a classically trained multi-instrumentalist. The New Tigers by contrast are a proposition that is far more straightforward: Noisy and energetic 60s pop.

Tickets are £5 in advance, or £8 on the door and are available here.
