LCD Soundsytem frontman James Murphy is suing fellow DFA records founder Tim Goldsworthy for $93,899 following alleged "breach of contract" and "unjust enrichment".

Murphy filed the lawsuit after "attempts to amicably resolve the issue" that Goldsworthy failed to "perform services he was paid for owing outstanding loans, improperly using the company credit card and making unauthorized withdrawls from [DFA Records] bank accounts."

The pair founded the label back in 2001 with Jonathan Galkin, who claims that British native, Goldsworthy returned to the UK three years ago to raise his family despite failing to inform anyone beforehand.
