Hot on the heels of last week's Grimes-featuring 'PYNK', Janelle Monáe has released another new single called 'I Like That', and it again it focuses on believing in yourself and going after your desires.

Through 'I Like That' Monáe is bold and fearless as she discusses her lack of a need for approval from others. As she raps impressively through the verses, she relays her feelings that she's going to like whatever she wants to like, no matter if it's not cool or popular. Towards the end she even discusses her own appearance, when she cut off her fro and got rated a '6'. This apathetic view of others' own opinions, and belief in her own, comes to a head in the simple but powerful chorus. Check it out below.

Janelle Monáe's new album Dirty Computer will be released through Bad Boy/Atlantic on April 27th.
