Kanye West's Yeezus was released nearly three years ago and it's only now that Ye is being sued over album track 'New Slaves.' Hungarian composer, Gabor Presser claims the rapper "knowingly and intentionally misappropriated" Presser's 1969 composition 'Gyongyhaju Lany' without permission and is now suing for $2.5 million.

Apparently, Presser only found out about Kanye's sample right before the song dropped in 2013 and he only agreed to the sample because he assumed a formal deal would be agreed upon. Kanye had sent the composer a $10,000 advance, but the check was never cashed.
