Kendrick Lamar is currently on the road as part of his Kunta's Groove Sessions Tour in support of To Pimp A Butterfly and, by the looks of it, a future career as a motivational speaker.

During his recent show at Terminal 5 in New York, Kendrick took a moment to give a heartfelt speech to his fans, shouting out his early adopters. He also mentioned that making the album was like "therapy... not only for you, but for me," all while the Wesley Theory band plays lightly in the background.

Watch the most humble man in hip-hop give even more back to his fans in this six-minute speech. The tour ends tomorrow (November 10) In Oakland at the Fox Theatre.
