The line, "I'm the biggest hypocrite of 2015" might come back to haunt Kendrick Lamar, as he's currently being sued over the artwork for the hard-hitting 'The Blacker The Berry'.

The cover, which can be seen above, features a photograph from Giordano Cipriani, and according to the Cipriani, Lamar was never given permission to use it.

Cipriani filed a lawsuit against Lamar and his team (Interscope, and Afermath Entertainment) on July 10th in New York Federal Court. He's looking to halt future usage of the photo, and to claim damages: $150'000 for each time the photograph was used, plus his legal fees.

'The Blacker The Berry' is taken from Kendrick Lamar's latest album, To Pimp a Butterfly.
