Earlier this year, the New York State Supreme Court denied Kesha an injunction that would've released her from her contract with Dr. Luke's Sony-affiliated Kemosabe Records, after suing producer Dr. Luke for sexual assault and emotional abuse. Although Kesha appealed the ruling, things continue to seem just as shady, as Sony has refused to cut ties with Dr. Luke. Now in an Instagram post, Kesha has stated that she was offered a deal to be released from her label contract if she apologizes and says she was never raped.

"I will not take back the TRUTH," she writes. "I would rather let the truth ruin my career than lie for a monster ever again."
