I can only imagine how crazy the last month has been for hardware-store clerk-turned-pop-star Kiiara. After dropping her debut glitch-pop gem of a single 'Gold' a few weeks back she's racked up almost 700,000 plays on Soundcloud and earned plays on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show (in addition to earning praises from Tove Lo and Chloe Moretz), she's since packed up and moved to Los Angeles to, presumably, further her career. The move seems to be absolutely justified if she continues releasing tracks as strong as 'Gold' and her latest banger, 'Tennessee', which got its premiere on the aforementioned Beats 1 show.

Produced by her partner in crime Felix Snow, it's bound to set fire to dancefloors all around the world with its bass-heavy beats and Kiiara's poignant lyrics about keeping friendships and just life in general centered on real life instead of insignificant internet interactions. Fuck going online - that's not part of her day, but you should make it one of yours by streaming 'Tennessee' below.
