Getting a handle on emerging London producer Kit Grill is a bit tough. He's popped up on familiar platforms such as Boiler Room and NTS Radio, even dropping an exclusive mix with The 405 earlier this year. But even with a world of experience already in his young portfolio, there's a certain level of newness to Grill.

After starting his Primary Colours label in 2013 and with support from the likes of John Talabot and Jacques Greene, the still surprisingly low-key artist (he doesn't even have a Twitter) has revealed 'City By Night' via Dummy Records.

It's a quiet murmur of plush new wave and chrome-styled synths, almost twinging on the side of romantic and heartfelt. Get an exclusive listen below, and be sure to pick up Dummy's 21st Century Pop Music 2014 compilation right now (it's out today).
