Dublin-based foursome, Le Galaxie, are back with 'Pleasure', the first taster from their forthcoming third record. The track is an instant dance-pop vehicle for May Kay (best known for her work with Fight Like Apes) and was recorded in Le Galaxie's own studio with Blende.

Le Galaxie's synth and bass mastery is a key to the band's sound and has endured since their debut, Laserdisc Nights II, in 2011, evolving in complexity and hook-creation ever since.

Kay's voice is an excellent choice for mixing in with Michael Pope's and where 'Pleasure' excels is at building a nuanced, danceable rhythmic underlay to support the infectious top-line.

The video for the track, which is premiering here, puts emulsion ahead of emotion and gives an eye-popping, colourful treatment to a track that certainly whets our appetite for its parent album.

'Pleasure' is available across all usual platforms from 21 April.
