The track - which alongside Danish singer-songwriter MØ and Major Lazer's trio of Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire also features DJ Snake - has surpassed Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud' (previously lauded for being the first song to reach half a billion streams on Spotify) to break the record of most-streamed song on the service, racking up over 526 million streams since its release 8 months ago.
