How would you react if you thought the world was ending? That's exactly what the marketing boffins down at LG thought when they pranked interviewees into thinking a meteor had landed during a job interview.

In a bid to catalogue reactions during a crisis situation, LG constructed an office wired with cameras and fitted a window with one of their 84" Ultra HD TVs to trick applicants into thinking they were going to be caught up in a head on apocalyptic collision.

This social experiment come wind-up is not the first time LG have gone to extraordinary lengths to test would-be future employees, having already released two more videos of a similar nature. Regardless of the interview and interviewees authenticity, this latest marketing stunt has seen the video amass almost 1,500,000 YouTube hits.
