Shot by Jay Buim, here's a short film about Future Islands. It's called Road Dawgs.

It features snippets of the frankly amazing band talking about their experiences of what has been a very long time on the road, or touring as some people say. Touring. On the road. You know.

Footage of their times spent on tour. Emotions around being on tour. Being tired tired tired.

But it's paid off. All that hard work didn't go unnoticed. People know about Future Islands now. Lots of people. And they're getting all the attention they deserve.

So far fans of the band, enjoy this little film. For non-fans, be curious and have a watch.

They're coming over to the UK in 2015 for 4 shows, 3 of which are sold out (2 dates at Roundhouse in London, and 1 at Plug, Sheffield) – they will be Noel Gallagher's special guests at the Teenage Cancer Trust event, held at the Royal Albert Hall on 28th March.
