It seems we can't be too sure of many things in this life other than death or taxes, as the saying goes, and that's especially true for the release of the new Lil Wayne album Tha Carter V. Back in October we reported that the album had been pushed back to 9 December, and as we approach that fateful day, Lil Wayne has taken to twitter (I want to be famous enough to "take to twitter" one day) to explain why we won't be seeing the album any time soon.

As you're probably aware, he's been on Cash Money Records since the 90's and has worked together with Birdman on a number of projects. Young Money Entertainment, his label, is an imprint of Cash Money so it looks like the falling out may have come pretty recently. After Weezy's tirade, Pusha T tried to convince him to join G.O.O.D.
