Following up the title track from their forthcoming Carter EP, Arthur Beatrice today present a new song 'Vandals', and it’s close to a masterpiece of elegant, intimate writing.

Wearing some overtones of the sophisticated side of 80s synth music over its very modern clothes, the song is kind of a duet, that hints at a deeper story.

The Guardian called this music 'nocturnal post-indie' and I am not sure there is a single person on earth who understands what that really means. What you actually have is a song, by a band that is beautifully melodic and gently affecting. Most importantly, it's just really, really good.

You can own the EP from 22nd July on Open Assembly Recordings.
